Steve had us do upper body weights on Thursday. :( I know I have really crappy upper body strength and my body is feeling it. I am so sore, you would think after a few days of rest it would feel better but it does’nt. (I’ve still been working out, just avoiding weights at all costs) On the upside I am feeling a lot healthier, I have to get me a belt and I am starting to learn when im full and to stop eating, after the dietary class I had a few weeks ago I was excited to start reading the book Intuitive Eating and I think on top of working out and taking the dietary class this book really helps.

Steve worked us hard yesterday my face was red and I was so exhausted afterwards I went home and strait to bed. (After my shower of course)

Hard

I think the hardest part of this whole challenge so far is when I go to a family event, which I had 3 last week and a bithday party coming up on Friday is all the cake and ice cream I shouldn’t have. It’s also really hard on a daily basis because people are always trying to talk me into having something thats not healthy which makes it even harder because I have a hard time telling people no. But so far I have been pretty good so I give myself credit for that. Sometimes I will just take it to be nice and then later on get rid of it.

Workout

It has been 1 week since the beginning of this great challenge and I am so excited to be doing it. I have a great partner and trainer. We had a great workout today and I can’t wait for the next one, it feels so good to be doing this.
